There's one new prompt John/Cam prompt up at comment_fic:

Stargate SG-1/Stargate Atlantis, Cam/John, and baby makes three. (Theme: Kiddies)

And some new challenges:

There's a little over a day left to submit prompts to Round 2 of sga_kinkmeme, and then the writing begins. So far, there are quite a few John/Cam prompts to choose from, including several AU and Vegas!verse prompts. But there could always be more.

One more bingo challenge for you: kissbingo

And finally, bringthehappy 2010 will be open for prompts next week, and is definitely going to need some John/Cam prompts.
