I was watching Critical Mass last night and an idea struck me. What if not only Caldwell had a Gou'ald in him but also Cam? But the twist is this: The one in Cam is trying to stop the one in Caldwell (and no he's a full on Gou'ald, not a Tok'ra), but he's trying to do it without the Trust finding out what he's doing and before the SGC discover the information about the 'bomb' in Atlantis. It could be a 'rogue' Ba'al clone or just a minor Gou'ald trying to take Ba'al out of the Trust. At some point he either tells Sheppard about being in Cam or Sheppard finds out another way, but to keep Sheppard from alerting anyone the Gou'ald lets him know that he has 'associates' keeping an eye out Cam's parents and brother and if Sheppard says anything Cam's family will be killed.

One way for the Gou'ald to get past the SGC's medical exams is if Cam is either taken over while on vacation (that's if he's already stationed in Atlantis), or if he's taken over just before going to Atlantis for some mission.
